Low-Country Dogs

Ingredients

  • Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 1 can corn
  • 12 mini-potato dinner rolls

 

Instructions

Add a very generous amount of Old Bay seasoning to a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender. Add hot dogs and cook 5 minutes. Add corn and cook 2 more minutes. Drain. Separate mini-potato dinner rolls into rows of three and split open. Place hot dogs in buns and top with potato/corn mixture. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
